Terms and Conditions

Using This Site

This website belongs to Loading Dock Repair Stroudsburg, a loading dock repair company working at facilities in and around Stroudsburg, PA. By reading the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please stop using it.

The terms are short on purpose. We want them to read the way we talk on a job site: plain and to the point.

General Information, Not a Quote

The pages here describe the kind of work we do, from dock levelers and vehicle restraints to overhead doors and preventative maintenance. They are general information. They are not a price, a promise of a result, or advice about your specific loading dock.

Every facility is different. Pit condition, door size, traffic and the age of the equipment all change what a job needs. Only a look at your dock can tell us that.

Reaching Us by Phone

Our phone line, (570) 715-6437, is the only way to contact us through this site. There is no form, chat or online booking here, and we don't take orders through the website.

What you tell us on a call is up to you. We use it to talk through your dock and set up the next step. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle that information.

Work Is Agreed Separately

Any repair, installation, sale or maintenance work is set up directly with us, not through this website. The scope, price and schedule for a job are worked out between you and us before work starts. Those terms govern the job, not this page.

Content on This Site

The words and layout on this site belong to us. You're welcome to read them, print a page for your own use or share a page with someone at your company. Please don't copy the site or present it as your own.

Limits on Our Responsibility

We try to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we can't promise it is free of errors or always available. We are not responsible for losses that come from relying on general website content instead of talking with us about your facility.

Loading dock equipment carries real safety risk. Don't attempt repairs on a dock leveler, restraint or overhead door based on anything you read here.

Changes and Governing Law

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here is the one that applies. These terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania.

Questions about any of this are welcome on our line at (570) 715-6437, and we'll talk it through with you.
