About Our Loading Dock Work in Stroudsburg

We repair, install and maintain loading dock equipment for warehouses, plants, stores and carriers. How long a dock leveler or overhead door lasts often comes down to small steps: anchor bolts, shims, weld prep, spring tension. We take our time on those steps so your dock keeps working.

How We Work on a Dock

We are a loading dock repair company based in Stroudsburg, PA. Our work happens at your facility, right on the dock, and usually while the rest of the building keeps running. We handle dock levelers, vehicle restraints, overhead doors, high speed doors and rolling grilles. We also do preventative maintenance and sell and install new equipment.

Most dock failures start small. A leveler pit that was never squared. Anchors set in cracked concrete. A door track that sat a little out of plumb from day one. None of that shows on the day the job is finished. It shows up later as a lip that won't extend, a restraint that won't catch the bar, or a door that drags in its guides.

So we check the base before we bolt anything to it. We level and shim, tighten fasteners to the maker's spec, set spring tension and limit switches, and run the equipment through full cycles with you there before we pack up. If something underneath needs fixing first, we tell you and show you why.

What We Do on Every Job

  • Look at what's underneath

Pit walls, curb angles, concrete and wall framing carry the load. We check them first, because new equipment on a bad base wears out fast.

  • Work around your receiving

Trucks still need to move. We set the schedule with you and, where we can, take one door out of service at a time to keep downtime short.

  • Straight repair-or-replace answers

If a part can be fixed, we say so. You get a written estimate broken out line by line, plus photos of what we found, so you can see what you are paying for.

  • Tested, labeled and clean

Before we leave, we cycle the equipment, check safety labels and controls, and walk your crew through anything that changed. Then we sweep up and haul out the old parts.

Our Service Area

Our work covers Stroudsburg and East Stroudsburg, along with Stroud, Smithfield, Middle Smithfield, Hamilton, Pocono, Jackson, Penn Estates, Arlington Heights and Upper Mount Bethel. Long cold winters and road salt wear down leveler hinges, door bottoms and fasteners, so drainage and hardware get extra care on every install we do. See the Service Areas page for more about where we travel.
